Stay swim strong while self quarantining

Just keeping it real. Worried about losing your swim fitness while self quarantining? Panic not. You'll have plenty of time back in the water before you get a chance to race. Workout when you can to stay sane and keep your spirits up.

If you have stretch cords, a theraband and/or a yoga mat, you can do some strength work, concentrating on form to hit the pool or open water when it is safe to do so. The video may be low on frills, but hopefully big on information!
